This department provides majority of tooling for casting production. It is equipped with two machining centers: MIKRON VCE 1000 and HASS VF-0 and a traditional machinery park. Depending on the series size and level of tooling manufacture complication, casting tools are made from metal or plastics. The department both manufactures new patterns and core boxes and regenerates and maintains in good condition all patterns, core boxes and machining tooling for the whole plant.
