To process a complaint, a completed complaint form and proof of purchase of the advertised product (invoice, delivery note) are required. The preferred method of contact is to submit complaints to reklamacje@metalpol.com. Complaints can also be submitted by traditional mail.

• Before submitting a complaint, please carefully read the product's User Manual and the General Warranty Conditions posted on the manufacturer's website.
• In addition to the Complaint Form and proof of purchase, please include contact information (address, phone number, email address) and a brief description of the damage symptoms and the circumstances in which they were observed.
